Project Goals:

• Transform Venture Home, a personalized customer business dashboard to monitor product and shopper data.

• Create a simplified, scalable, and outcome-oriented hub that actively contributes to customer success.

• Reduce complexity to lower cognitive load and increase valuable customer engagement.

• Identify areas of improvement that enable us to optimize the Venture Home program.

My process:

• Kick-off project with the Product Manager and stake holders

• Perform a competitor analysis to see what others are offering

• Conduct a user study with current customers to get their feedback on the experience to help drive solutions

• Wireframes are then created with a proposed solution(s) and presented to the team

• After feedback from the team is implemented,  wireframes are then user tested to help solidify the direction

• Based on all feedback from the study and team, final designs are created
