Project Goals:

Transform Venture Home into a Simplified, Scalable, and Outcome-Oriented hub that actively contributes to customer success. Reduce complexity to lower cognitive load and increase valuable customer engagement.  Identify areas of improvement that enable us to optimize the Venture Home program.

My process:

My process:

• Kick-off project with the Product Manager and stake holders

• Perform a competitor analysis to see what others are offering

• Conduct a user study with current customers to get their feedback on the experience to help drive solutions

• Wireframes are then created with a proposed solution(s) and presented to the team

• After feedback from the team is implemented,  wireframes are then user tested to help solidify the direction

• Based on all feedback from the study and team, final designs are created
